Le dĂ©cor est bien, et la propretĂ© Ă©galement. Belle salle de bain, quoique la chambre peut-ĂȘtre un peu petite. Lit confortable Ă©galement. Le gros problĂšme, c’est l’insonorisation. Des voisins fĂȘtards entre minuit et 2h du matin, beaucoup de circulation, et chaque pas, fermeture de porte, rire ou paroles semblaient amplifiĂ©es x 10. La personne a la rĂ©ception a fait une intervention, qui a amĂ©liorĂ© les choses lĂ©gĂšrement, mais demeurait dĂ©rangeant tout de mĂȘme. TrĂšs mauvaise nuit de sommeil.

La laverie à porte grande ouverte voisine collée sur notre porte de chambre. un étalage de produit nettoyant et de draps sales presque dans notre porte de chambre. La jeune à l'accueil est désagréable au premier abord. On nous avait dit qu'un four micro-onde était à la disposition de la clientÚle alors que mous avons dû demandé à la réception de bien vouloir faire chauffer nos plats. Pas de possibilité de jouer avec l'intensité lumineuse de l'éclairage dans la chambre. Les ampoules sont toutes d'une intensité excessive pour la grandeur de la piÚce.

The location of this hotel is fantastic! It's an easy walk to a variety of bars and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a great room that was clean and had a large bathroom with lots of hooks and a heater. Trois Rivieres is a really interesting and cool city. Wish we'd spent longer there.
