Extremely noisy. The music and bass from the bar was extremely loud until 3am. Even with earplugs I could still hear and feel the bass. Then at 5 am there were drunk men sitting outside our door having a very animated conversation. Woke everyone up.

This property is not bilingual friendly. There is no office or signs to check in anywhere. The resteraunt appeared to be closed with all the lights off and no one was in the parking lot. I called and was put on hold for 20 minutes then she spoke something in french and put me on hold for another 10 minutes. I tried to call again later without success. The expedia support team tried to reach out and was also put on hold and said there was a language barrier and they could not communicate. The motel looked sketchy and not like the photos. I just got annoyed and booked a room at the comfort inn which was much better. I've tried fo get refunded for the room which i doubt they will.

Hotel-Motel Coconut made us feel very welcomed. The Tiki Bar was perfect for watching the hockey playoff game. It had everything we needed for a comfortable overnight stay.
