We had to check out a day early due to upcoming snow on our travel route. Supervisor Doris Rivera noticed we were checking out early and asked if everything was OK. When I explained the situation to her, she told me how to contact Orbitz so they would contact her to authorize a refund for the night we did not stay. I really appreciated that.

Complete lack of hot water in shower half the days I was there. Forced to cold-shower, which aggravated a lower-back condition and resulted in a costly visit to urgent care. Thanks a bunch! Was conned into thinking their temporary fix yesterday was permanent, so booked 5-day stay next week. Then again this morning, NO hot water, and I'm stuck with next week because I paid CASH on Hotels-dot-com and it's NON-REFUNDABLE!!!!

The staff at the hotel are very helpful & engaging. The breakfast options could be better - more variety & healthier options. The 1st floor of the hotel had something dripped down the hallway & the door was sticky. We had hot water for a shower our 1st morning, but the next 4 mornings the water was cool. It would have been nice to have some hot water.
