Travel out of town 5-10 weekends a year for sports and more than that with family vacations. One of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in. Will definitely stay again next year when we go.

I loved almost everything about this hotel. It was clean, easy to get what I needed, easy access to our room. Lots of towels and face clothes for our week stay which was amazing. Most hotels give you 2 towels & 2 hand clothes

Place was pretty clean, room was spacious and nice. Really good location. But if you stay on the first floor, it’s really noisy from the people upstairs, you can hear every step, plus some people can be really loud… smells like weed in the hallway.

Loved this place...clean new rooms. Comfy bed. Super water pressure. Appreciated the no person/touch check in process...there literally is no one there. Didnt bother me. Company sent a post stay suvey...felt like they really cared about the experience. Refreshing...told everyone I saw that wknd we would stay again.

The check in was weird. I paid extra for an early check in and got my your room is ready text. Walked into the housekeeper cleaning the room. Waited an extra 30 Min outside the room to get in. She did a great job and rushed the best she could. I’m sure there were other rooms already cleaned I could have been assigned too. Clean and comfortable property.

It was noisy, apparently they allow gatherings in the lobby, so there was a gathering, very noisy, kids screaming dragging the chairs on the floor, adults having loud conversations. It also happened that my room was next to the lobby so the noise was loud. It probably did not affect rooms that were far away from the lobby as much. I did like the cleanliness of the place. It is very close to downtown Traverse City.

Best deal in TC! A seemingly brand-new hotel, The Vic was very clean with modern decor. Self Check-in was a breeze. Rooms are spacious (we had the King Suite) and the bed is to die for! We will definitely book here again (or maybe splurge for the Kasa Boardwalk downtown. We did some recon on that while there and it looked Amazing! Right across the street from the Thirsty Fish and a block from Front st!)
