The motel is affordable. It’s definitely not a luxury place. If you want to pay less and at least have a decent fairly good room. This works. Some dust bunnies and it’s not new equipment but everything worked fine.

This place is ghetto nasty. It hasnt seem a dime of improvments since it was built. Peel and stick tile in bath area. Carpet was gross It smells terrible. Better off sleeping in an outhouse. Yuk!!!

We were not happy with our accommodations. I'm pretty sure we booked two beds, it may have been about $111, which we paid. The place seemed mostly for working people who stayed all week. The first room they gave us had one queen bed, the room was very stuffy and smelled of smoke and there was no sign of air conditioning. Then they found a room on the first floor with one king bed that had a much lower odor and AC, so we stayed. There was no box of tissues, no waste baskets. Should have been $60 max. I would not recommend it to anyone. Can we get some kind of credit?

This property was possibly the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. We sat in our room for 20 minutes and then checked out. The hallway to our room smelled of fire. There were piles of linens in the hall. We checked in after 11:00pm. There were a lot of flies in the room. It was dusty. The rooms are very out dated. We payed $130 for one night. Check in including the wait time to get someone to the front office was over 30 minutes. Someone came up to us when we walked out to go to our room and asked if we’d been helped. It’s after midnight now and someone approaches us in the middle of the parking lot. Definitely made us feel unsafe. When we left and let the front desk person know in the parking lot we were leaving he asked why and tried to deny the conditions of the room. My finacee did her best to kindly explain to this man the situation. The place needs to shut down, torn down and they can start over. Trying to polish this turd won’t cut it. Stay in Traverse City or sleep in your car.

Two story motel with no elevator- difficulty accessing second floor room. Website advertised breakfast- no breakfast service available. No food options. Staff could not recommend any dinner options. Room is very small. No coffee pot in room.

This place was reminiscent of the movie "Psycho". We did not feel at all safe nor were the rooms clean. Carpets were stained, bed linens were thrown haphazardly on the beds, sink and tub looked like they hadn't been cleaned from the last occupant (soap residue on the sink and counter). One in our party slept in her travel clothes and no one unpacked anything. No coffee, no attendant in the office in the morning... we left ASAP.

The staff at check-in was wonderful, but this property should not be listed on Orbitz. It was a very rundown motel that felt more like it rented rooms by the month. It had the bare minimum but honestly did not feel either safe or comfortable. I don't think anyone booking online would feel satisfied with this location.
