Clean and accommodating. Nice having washer and dryer down the hall.

No elevator. Difficult to get multiple bags up the stairs. It would be nice to bring back the breakfast buffet. On the positive side, the room and bathroom are very large. And front desk lady was very helpful

The Cable TV was awful. I guess we are spoiled by Netflix and Prime Video. The commercials on Cable are incessant. It is practically unwatchable. All the TVs should be replaced by Internet TV. The Motel should provide enough bandwidth to supply streaming video for all the rooms. Then, guests can watch 2021 TV, like most of them do at home.

The hotel was very old and it was really hard to take a shower, and the breakfast food was absolutely inedible. It was a hotel I would not recommend to anyone.

Close to Traverse City without the high rates

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast choices meager (due to Covid) but at least they are trying. The emphasis was on safety with the Covid virus so we were very comfortable. The staff was great.

Toilt bowl was not clean, they must not of used toiltbrush to clean. Made me feel like rest of rm wasnt clean

Everything was clean and it was nice being so close to everything

Ideal location for our visit to the area. Friendly and accommodating staff. A little questionable on the cleaning end and they could use some better soundproofing.

I know that these are trying times for everyone because of the pandemic and some amenities can’t be used. We had the suite and we heard every single time some opened their doors in the morning. Come 6am, you might as well start your day. The jacuzzi tub did not work. We learned that on the last night after filing it up and attempting troubleshot it on the fly. Those were amenities that I just didn’t want to pay $300 a night for.

The pool was large and spacious as well as the hot tub. They have a nice gazebo area, adult swings, grills for use. Overall customer service was great.

How nice of you to remain anonymous. The hotel is only about 25 years old and in the midst of updating. We also get many compliments about our breakfast given the circumstances but we will be happy not to serve you again!
