A wonderful hotel

Wonderful, modern hotel with plenty of comfort and style and easy access to all that Tralee has to offer. Eimear was wonderful before and during our stay

Great location but not sure i would stay again

I am more used to having a manned reception. There was only 1 person and unfortunately although they were very good, they had other things to do too. This meant there was no one there to assist. I was assigned the wrong room and was put in what's called a pod room. In fairness they offered to change it but i had settled in already and felt it shouldn't have happened in the first place. Looked for an ironing board which the receptionist brought to my room. Plug was broke and i got a shock off the plug.
