Spent five nights in Townsville and we couldn’t have picked a better hotel. From when we checked until check out, and everything in between, we were made to feel welcome from fantastic staff in all areas and they had the best beds. Marshmallow bed my partner called it. Was so comfortable. And location, well couldn’t have been better. So many eating options including there. Fantastic stay, would highly recommend and look forward to staying there again.

The collective was a great for a Townsville food options out front door. Was easy walking to the Strand and city centre . Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms comfortable not huge size window views and fity. Staff fr and helpful
