Very nice and spacious room. Has all the necessities (oven, microwave) and everything is clean. Staff is welcoming and helpful. Sofa bed is comfortable. We took a suite which included 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen. Included 3 big TVs. Only complaint is that breakfast ends at 9am on weekdays and 9:30am on weekends, which is pretty early. Should push it back until 10am.

Watch out for the extra parking fee

Smallish suite was perfect for our stay and the staff was amazingly friendly and helpful whenever I needed anything . Unfortunately I was shocked when asked to pay an extra 20% on top of the room price to park my car.

This is my second year booking with Residence Inn for Anime North and it is by far my most favourite hotel to stay at. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. We always look forward to the wonderful breakfast in the mornings. Thank you to all staff (front desk, housekeeping/laundry, breakfast bar staff, etc) for all the hard work you do for ensuring everyone has a lovely stay.

My one pillow case had lipstick stains, bed was a queen and was meant to be a king. Said they had 24/hr service but couldn’t make the pullout bed because there was no house keepers, they didn’t bring pillows for us either I had to call as front desk was gone/unsupportive.

It was alright. Had the potential to be good, but a lot of annoying little things hindered the trip The wifi was terrible. Wouldn't work, Wouldn't connect, when it did, would end up kicking you off Breakfast was lacking options. Inquired about it and they saud their delivery truck was late so they didn’t have anything The room could have been cleaner. Coffee stains on the wall from the previous guest. Dishwasher wasnt empty so it was hard to know which dishes were clean or not. Stray hairs in the bathroom I also hate that parking is $28/night. This is way too much considering it's not on airport grounds. Other hotels of a similar distance charge less for this

Breakfast was amazing, so many healthy choices. Quiet room with good amenities. Check in could have been better if the receptionist had accepted an all female couple without question.
