Clean room, comfortable bed, spacious layout (King suite), lots of yummy breakfast options(coffee sucked though), good location. Only minor complaints would be the cheap 1 ply toilet paper and location of bath supplies in shower area (it's in the way!) and of course the coffee in the lobby but could've just been an off day!

I want to take the time to bring to the attention the amazing front staff that had to deal with the most ignorant entitled and abusive people during the power outage. They were being spoken down to and treated like garbage and maintained composure. I’d like to say I did the same. I stay here a lot for business and this hotel is probably the best hotel staff I have ever experienced. These ladies deserve a round of applause for entitled hockey moms who didn’t care to watch their children and turned the hotel into a gym where they cared very little about anyone else. These ladies deserve a raise, a day off and an award for how cool they were when surrounded by individuals w no social graces. You are all stars.

Breakfast (although an omelette or scrambled eggs without cheese would have been nice). Staff - super nice, flexible, attentive, and transparent. Clean facilities - room, lobby, fitness centre, etc. Shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel might be better placed on the back wall of the shower though, as a big person I didn’t care to take my shower sideways 😄.
