Airport Shuttle took a while to get to airport, Hotel is fine but The one reason I book my stay was to enjoy the pool, Got changed came down only to find out the pool was closed for repairs, there was no information about this given to me on the website, nor Expedia, and not even at check in! I don't feel I should have paid the money I did when there were services not provided.

I booked this hotel for my friends birthday. We were gonna go for a swim, have a few drinks and then go downstairs for some drinks before going out dancing. It wasn’t until we arrived that we were informed that their pool was shut down (the only reason I booked this hotel). When we voiced our disappointment we were met with attitude. Finally after some back and forth, we were given gift cards for breakfast. Well that didn’t go well either. The sausage was so undercooked, the bread was stale. But the rest of it was pretty good. After getting to our room we saw that there was only enough toilet paper for a couple of wipes, had to ask for that too. The parking was $16, which we weren’t informed of. There was no pop in the ONE vending machine in the 10 floor hotel. Overall it was just a disappointing stay. The only good part was the manager who tried his best to make things right. But tbh I feel like I should have gotten my money back. Anyway, I now know for next time I visit Mississauga.

I just needed a place to take a nap for a 8 hours layover. After booking the hotel sent me an instruction message regarding the airport shuttle pickup, which contained wrong information. I was told to call the hotel and choose option 1 to arrange the shuttle after luggage collection, in fact I should have chosen option 5 to talk to the driver directly. What actually happened was, after I called, the hotel representative told me he would send the shuttle driver immediately and I should wait outside the terminal by the designated post to meet with the driver. So our family ended up with standing outside in the snowing night for more than 30mins, and only slept for less than 4 hours before heading back to the airport. What shocked me was that the shuttle driver told me the hotel never sent him, he was picking up other clients and saw sus and picked us up as a favor, and I made a mistake by not calling him directly. I complained this to the hotel front desk and was told they would investigate and follow up with me, but have not heard anything from them yet. Frankly speaking the property is pretty decent, but thjs probably was the last time we stay with them because of the terrible experience we had recently.
