The first room was hot with no ability to change the temperature, I tried and gave it some time. No hand soap in the pump. One bed was super squeaky-you could hear springs with very little movement. We changed rooms. Everything was good in that room but one bed still had the squeaking problem for a man under 180 pounds on it.

They have the most comfortable pillows! I honestly want to buy one for my home. Bed was great, room was clean. Had a hard time getting the right temperature in the room. It was warm and toasty to fight off the winter cold.
