The associates Miyaco and Naoki were excellent, they help us a lot, they wrote messages and instructions for the taxi drivers in their language, Japanese, they gave us information about places to visit, they wrote introductions in English and Japanese to ride the subway and hoe to exit the train stations, wlich are huge and confusing to exit, it was a great service, they are great

We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt House. The staff was fluent in English and extremely helpful with everything throughout our stay. We were surprised that water was left for us each day. My daughters bought stuffed animals from Tokyo Disney Seas and the next day when we returned to the hotel, they found them sitting on the beds that had the sheets replaced - it was one of those cute things that you did not expect!’ The location was also perfect for dining, shopping and transportation. It was easy to get to other areas in Tokyo via subway or taxi. If we ever visit the area again, we will definitely be returning to this hotel.

The most amazing experience ever!

This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! From the time I walked in the door, until I checked out, it didn't disappoint. The service was A+, on the same level as the Ritz-Carlton. The room was great. Washer dyer, really a lot of attention to detail. House cleaning never bothered you yet the room was always cleaned. They did a pretty good job with breakfast, but I wouldn’t say it was amazing. Very close to Shibuya station and like a 10 minute walk to the scramble, so close enough to get out to the train or surrounding area, but peaceful enough to take it easy and get back to home base when needed.
