The only issue was the check in. I was made to wait, only to be told to use the kiosk check-in. But the staff were so helpful otherwise. Always friendly and respectful. The property is clean and convenient to trains. The rooms are a bit smaller, along with bed than other hotels outside Tokyo. But always clean and organized.

I actually loved this hotel, the room was the biggest of any we booked in Japan and was clean and comfortable. The only downside was that this location is in more of a business area and slightly further away from any entertainment. However, there is a shopping area nearby as well as food options and the Iidabashi train station a block or two away. I will definitely book this hotel chain again maybe just not this specific location. But it was a great stay!

The hotel staff are very friendly and professional. We stayed for 7 days there and needed to switch room for the last night. We just needed to leave our luggage in our old room and they delivered it to our new room when we came back from sightseeing. So convenient! The location is quite good, close to main subway stations. The neighborhood isn't as busy as other popular tourist spots but there are tons of good restaurants to dine in nearby. Also it's walkable to Imperial Palace, so if you like morning walk, you would love to wander around north part of imperial palace and picturesque chidorigafuchi park. Highly recommend this hotel.

We liked the friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable, comfortable and enjoyable one. We thought the hotel is conveniently located to shops, restaurants and public transport. We would recommend this hotel thoroughly and if we returned to Tokyo, this hotel would be our first consideration.
