Queen Bed Review We stayed here for a short visit, and overall it turned out to be a simple, clean, no-frills place with a few things to appreciate and a few things future guests should be prepared for. On the bright side, even though the building is older, the cleanliness really stood out. The room had useful basics like a fridge, microwave, handwash, paper towels, a hair dryer, and a lamp with charging ports. There was even a sound machine, which was a nice surprise. On entry, there was a strong bleach smell, but it actually signaled that the room had been freshly cleaned. A few things to know ahead of time: there was no mirror of any size in the room itself – only a small mirror in the bathroom, which makes dressing up or getting ready a bit tricky. There were also no hangers, no iron, and the bathroom had no exhaust fan. The in-room coffee maker was rusty, so I didn’t feel comfortable using it. Comfort-wise, the mattress and comforter weren’t great, and I woke up with some back pain. The shower flow was very weak, and because the curtains have ring gaps, light comes through, so a sleep mask definitely helps. If you’re looking for a clean budget stay and can prepare for a few comfort limitations, this place can still work. Bringing your own small essentials can make the stay smoother.

There's a bar/lounge right next door, so there was some noise from that, but otherwise it was pretty quiet. The owners have done a great job of updating & modernizing the rooms. Check in was very easy and the owner was very nice.

Very friendly and clean

The room was as it was pictured. It was very clean and smelled clean as soon as you walked in the door. The check-in process was super easy as well. The on site manager is absolutely amazing and super nice! We will definitely be going back here when we go down to Florida again. There is a bar next door but we didn't hear anything from over there except a couple of the bikes that left out.

No-Frills Clean & Comfortable with a Retro-Vibe

I make regular roadtrips to Florida and I usually stop in Titusville to visit with friends. I have only stayed at the Travel Inn because it's quiet, clean, no-frills, but cleanliness and comfort are priorities to me, and also they are dog-friendly, and do not overcharge for non-service dogs to stay there with their owners. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a convenient and quiet place to stay at. It's got an old Florida nostalgic vibe as it is very retro. The rooms are like little bungalows where each door opens to the outside, so the guest can come-and-go as they please without having to go through a lobby and interact with anyone. The property manager lives onsite, so if there's every any issues, or you need an extra towel, or whatever, she is available to help during business hours.

The rooms are very clean and very quiet. It's only 30min from Port Canaveral and close to Kennedy Space Center. There is a bikers bar next door but you won't hear it. The lady on the phone was very helpful. I will stay there again.
