Like a home from home.Everything you could need for a relaxing holiday.From check in to check out everything was perfect.Brigrette was very professional and gave us all the information we needed for our stay.She is a gem,also helped with car hire.The pool was cleaned every day.Could not say a bad thing about our stay.Will be back.

October Mid Term Family break

We had a week here 2 adults 2 kids, the Calima was present when we arrived for first 3 days meaning it was very hot at night. I was surprised that there was no air conditioning at all which you would think would be standard in a villa like this. The pool area was massive and the kids loved it. There was no oven in the Kitchen, which again I was very surprised with not to mention disappointed. The beds were quite uncomfortable too and evident that they are just cheap thin mattresses.

Long weekend in Puerto del Carmen

The villa was clean and well cared for. Great views to the sea. Very pleasant staff. Once we established our whereabouts to the amenities etc, we found it to be a really convenient spot. We walked down and usually jumped in a taxi back up the hill. €2.50 - €3.00 is the usual taxi fee, even to the harbour area

Quality Villa - Quality Support - Cold Pool

First time in these villas. Great on site support from Ana. Good sized rooms, clean and modern. Impressive looking private pool but couldn't swim (in March) as the water was freezing.

Great getaway

The villas were very clean and maintained as such during the week by the staff. Staff were friendly and very helpful and took care of any needs. Great location to relax with just a five minute walk into the bustle of everything. I'd go back again.

the Villas were great, clean, tidy and we'll presented. All mod cons that you simply do not get from the package operators. However... The internet access is simply not good enough.

Top... immer wieder gerne. Sehr gut ausgestattete Unterkunft. Es fehlte an nichts. Selbst Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine und Tabs für den Geschirrspüler sind vorhanden.

Dejligt sted for en familie på 5, med god plads

Service var helt i top og udendørsareal incl. Pool blev rengjort hver dag. Dårlig WIFI dækning og TV kun på spansk. Køkken var ok, men noget slidt.
