Apartment with beautiful sea views and a large private sun terrace equipped with sun loungers and a table for outdoor dining, ideal for relaxing and enjoying Lanzarote’s climate. Located in the heart of Puerto del Carmen, it features independent air conditioning in the bedroom and living room, Wi-Fi, a safe, a living area with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, refrigerator and everything needed for longer stays. The complex has a heated swimming pool. The beach, restaurants, supermarkets, shops and main services are all within easy walking distance. We also have two identical adjacent apartments, an ideal solution for larger families or groups who wish to stay close to each other while maintaining their privacy and independence.
