This villa is with a heated pool. The pool heating system raises the
temperature approximately 3c to 5c warmer than a pool that is not

arrival.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

The villa was very basic, with basic kitchen appliances not equipped for 9 people. While there the toaster, microwave, washing machine and oven all broke. Most were replaced after a few days however we went 4 days without an oven over new year so alot of wasted food and this was not replaced when we left and no bedding provided for the first night for the 9th guest. Overall very disappointing especially over new year. Our complaint is currently being dealt with.

Lovely villa with beautiful pool

We had a wonderful stay and the villa is very well equippedIt has far reaching views of the hills and in the distance the airport so fun to watch the planes coming in. Just worth noting that there are no pool towels provided and also no welcome pack so you do need to buy groceries immediately although there is a supermarket a short drive away so not difficult

Maison dans les hauteurs de Tías, propre et bien entretenue.La piscine est agréable. En revanche quelques points à améliorer dans la cuisine : de la vaisselle supplémentaire serait un plus (il y avait 3 verres à vin seulement), un lave vaisselle un peu plus efficace également (la vaisselle ressort sale à chaque lavage). Mettre un fond de provisions (sel, poivre, filtres à café) serait très appréciable.
