"Great oceanfront view and the staff were helpful and kind. The room is a little outdated, but it was clean. I do think it could use a full deep clean. Housekeeping came by and gave plenty of towels daily. Everything worked like it should, the pool/lazy river and bar were great. We didn’t get a chance to eat the food on site due to it being too busy (get there early). The water temperature and pressure were perfect for it to be such a large hotel. The a/c in the room also was very cold and kept up with the warmth/humidity when the balcony door was open. Depending on what room you have the noise level at night may be too loud for some since the live music goes until 11pm - we were in the middle tower and couldn’t hear anything from inside. Not sure why this place has bad reviews talking about filth, bugs and being unsafe - I say try it out for yourself because we didn’t see any of that. It’s a very budget friendly place to stay for a few days."
