Newly remodeled 1 bedroom 1 bath studio apartment close to Eastern Arizona College. Quiet location in great neighborhood. Studio is close to another rental house I own so if you need more space there are options for larger parties. Studio can be rented for 1-2 guests or studio can be rented along with bigger house to sleep10-12.
