Quiet comfortable stay. I had emailed a special request ahead of my stay, the management was very accommodating and had everything ready when I arrived. Older property but very well maintained and very clean. I would stay again if I visit this area.

Couldn’t ask for better customer service. We had an unusual request regarding transportation in the area and the crew at the front desk came through with a solution. They went above and beyond to personally ensure we made it to dinner.

Room is very low end desperate accommodations. I actually checked and left a got a room elsewhere. I probably would have stayed, but it wasn't worth the 70.00 bucks.

Bed Bugs and Poor Customer Service. I checked in at 11pm. At 4am I found bed bugs crawling on my sheets. Checked out and requested a refund for obvious reasons. Priopriator stated I would have to speak to Expedia. 3 days later I received word that Capital O’ Fincastle Inn refused my request based on their “No Cancellation” clause. Horse. Puckey.
