Generally clean room with hot running water and a really cold AC right beside a railroad tracks and off of the main road. So somewhat noisy, but can’t complain for the price. It was good.

Luckily i knew what i was getting into because of the reviews. The only plus was there was no bugs. The sheets are all stained. Im not sure our room was even cleaned. There was a used soap and toilet paper in the bathroom. So we didnt even get a full toilet paper roll. The floor was nasty. You could not walk barefoot with out them turning black. This used to be our families go too years ago. The new owner is cheap and wont replace anything. He has let the place go to crap and should quit advertising a pool even has it on the sign. Hasnt had a wormibg pool in atleast 3 years. We will plan better and avoid this place next year.

The front door was not secure, it was about to come off the hinges. It's a very old building. Cold water in the shower shower head leaked. Had to make my own bed. Thank god they had clean sheets. All for one night and cost me twice as much a $175. That's crazy i'm stupid

We knew it wasn’t going to be top shelf but wanted to stay in Marion and were booking last minute. Pool empty, no hot water, homeless encampment in abandoned motel building in same parking lot. Wasn’t overly filthy but sure wasn’t clean either. Guy at check in was nice enough but went down hill from there. Next time I’ll drive further for a decent property instead of rolling the dice on a red roof.

The staff was really nice and bed was comfortable. Sorry to say that was only positive thing. I did not feel safe the key pad was about to fall off the door. The rooms and grounds definitely needs upgraded.

This property is VERY dated. The king suite should of had a coffee maker in the room, no coffee makers. There was a vehicle parked blocking the handicapped ramp all weekend and when the front desk was made aware, nothing was done. I needed use of the ramp.
