The distinctives about this holiday home is its closeness to town (two streets over from Pak'nSave) and its large, flat, fenced section. This makes it ideal for a big family to stay and have plenty of parking on site for cars, boat, trailer, etc, as well as being safe for young children. Easy walk to town.

Three bedrooms inside the house and one bedroom outside in the 'sleep out'. Altogether there are four queen beds and two single beds.

One shower and separate toilet inside house, and one shower and toilet in the outside bedroom/sleep out.

I stayed at this property with my two sons and one of my grandsons. We came to Taupo to attend the Australian Supercar races. The property fitted our requirements brilliantly as it is close to the racing track, and is in a short walking distance to all the central Taupo facilities, including shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. We enjoyed being able to each have our own bedrooms, and two bathrooms are great if larger families are staying. The lounge is equipped with a heat pump, and a wood fire, and it was nice to find an ample supply of wood ready to be used on our first nights stay. The home was well presented, and had all the accessories one would find in a well equipped family home. The property is set in the center of a large section, on a relatively quiet side road, and enjoys plenty of natural light, and sunshine. I would have no hesitation in booking again in the future.John Taylor (Auckland)

Great location, close in to town. House and amenities were just what we needed. A suggestion to get the cleaners to check utensils, plates etc as a lot of items were pretty dirty, presume from last occupants wash skills.

Corena's place was a comfy homely space for my family and I to enjoy. Location was great. Kitchen was well equipped though we would've loved to have used the bbq facilities. Maybe replace the double mattress in the end room and batch in the near future but otherwise a beautiful spacious home with cosy family vibes. We would love to stay again in the future and would highly recommend this home to others. Thank you for a most enjoyable stay.

The house was good. Convenient to town and near restaurants and shops. Listing said 2 bathrooms. It was but one was outside which they failed to mention. Also beds were extremely uncomfortable. Other than that it was fine and we would stay there again if they got new mattresses.

Excellent place with everything anyone would need along with comfortable linen and soft towels. We all enjoyed ourselves and would love to come back and stay again. The fireplace was a great addition during winter also. The description of the bed layout in the bedrooms was a little confusing. There are 2 single beds on 2 of the bedrooms along with a queen bed in each of the 2 rooms also. The out house contained a queen bed which could not fit a portacot into. There was also another queen bed room inside the house. No ‘child beds’ are part of the layout apart from a portacot which could be put up in either of the 3 of the rooms inside the house. Location was super handy with just a short walk to many bars and restaurants near the lake.
