The staff and reception are friendly. Check in is fast. We have 3 adults and 1 kid in my family. They offer us a free upgrade to a much larger and luxury room because they said the room we booked may be too small for 4 people. They are so kind and considerate.

The windows didnt shut!! All the rubbers were gone so had freezing cold winds blowing straight in, had the heat pump on but that wasnt warming the place up, was on top level room 12. The pillows were so massive it hurts your neck as they were hard as hell, so ended up using my jumper as a pillow.
