This house was perfect for our group! The first floor master suite was perfect for the couple who has trouble with stairs, the lower level was nice for another couple who like sports.The upstairs bedrooms/baths were very comfy and the home is stunning. It was a bit of a drive to French Lick, but the layout and amenities of the house made it well worth the drive. Well Done Courtney!

Wonderful property

The property was absolutely beautiful and perfect. We had 2 people on walkers and there were 3 steps into the property. We made it though!! There was a bedroom on the main floor whuch was goid.

Wonderful gathering place for families!

We celebrated Christmas early with our families. We did some baking as a group, some game playing. Space was absolutely perfect for that with the large island for cookie and peanut butter ball making. The basement space gave those older kids a great place to hang out. Great family memories were made!

Island of serenity

We had a great get-together with our large family (13 members). There was plenty of space for everyone and hot tub and game room made the experience all the more enjoyable. The house is at least 20-25 minutes drive from a grocery store but we were well stocked. Quite close to the lake and we explored the hoosier forest area nearby. Overall, it was a memorable trip.

It was a great stay, our family along with 2 other families stayed here on fall break. It had beautiful foliage, house was very nice and well kept, and it had the perfect amount of room for our party. Southern IN was beautiful in October and would visit again.

Wonderful Weekend

Stayed at the property over labor day weekend and had a great time! Property location close to a boat ramp allowed us to enjoy the lake and invite family and friends to join us. Property looks brand new. We will probably come back again next year. Only down side was getting to the property with our boat on the narrow twisting roads. Overall had a great time with family and friends.

Great for small and large family gatherings

The first initial reaction to the house was how beautiful it is. It got even better inside. There was so much room for everyone to relax. With the game room in the basement the kids (and adults) stayed entertained. The house had everything we needed from beds to all the cooking equipment to make meals. I would recommend this gem to anyone who wants to get away and have some fun.

Absolutely Stunning!!!

This place was everything it said it was and more. It is a beautiful home! ALL beds were amazing. Plenty of room for the entire family. There was so much to do with pool table, games, hot tub. Parking was a breeze and plenty of room for boats, jet skis and vehicles. The host was amazing also. She replied within minutes a of asking a question. We will definitely stay here again. I can not say enough about this place!!!! Separate living areas were great also. The adults could hang in their space and the teenagers in another.

Amazing Girls Weekend!!!!

Our Girls Weekend at The Big Patoka Lake house was completely amazing. This house is everything you could ever want for the perfect get away with friends and family. Courtney was an excellent host and made booking and our stay amazing. The home was everything and more. Plenty of room for our party of 8 to each have their own bed. The beds and pillows were all so comfortable. We went from gathering around the kitchen island, which is beautiful, to the kitchen table to the basement game area. There were plenty of games to be played, pool table and the hot tub. It was a rainy cold weekend so the hot tub was definitely a bonus! Patoka Lake winery is about a 20 min drive from the house and has some delicious wines and slushies to choose from. If the home is this beautiful in the winter we can't wait to go back in the summer!!! Thank you for an Amazing stay!!!!
