Beautiful home! We loved it there.

My family and I loved staying there. The pool was amazing and heated. Comfortable beds and the decor is amazing. Highly recommend.

Great house!

We stayed here for a local wedding of a friend. The house was great! Beds and pillows were comfy. Kitchen was adorable and easy. It was too cold outside to use the pool, but it was really pretty. Lots of parking in the long driveway made it easy to get in and out. Communication with the owner was quick and responsive. Highly recommend!!

Well maintained

The experience was great. Everything was beautifully maintained and clean. There were no kitchen towels, which would’ve been helpful because we were washing dishes at night and using paper towels. Also, I would recommend having the lights on for anyone who might be arriving after dark that would have been helpful. Otherwise it was very nice.

Dream trip

Very nice place to stay.. the house was very clean. Location was prefect for what i was looking for. The management team was fantastic and did a great job getting me in a short notice.. my original booking canceled on me the day before i was set to arrive.. so even with 1 day notice the team had everything ready and prefect. Thank you for helping me enjoy my 50th birthday

Early Winter Retreat

This is the second year we stayed at the Sandhill property for a sporting event we were attending. Great location, dog friendly, well stocked for cooking in, new gas grill was a great add on to the house! We all had a relaxing fun trip! Easy check in process, property manager was quick to respond to any questions we had. Another great trip in the books!

The price paid did not match the quality

Overall, it was a nice house. There are three bedrooms in the house. The master bedroom has its own bathroom the other two bedrooms, share a bathroom in the hall. The purported fourth bedroom is up a spiral staircase. It contains two very small twin beds and no bathroom. It is not really functional. There were limited bath towels, and they did not smell clean. There was one or two rolls of toilet paper in the entire house. The toilet paper is sandpaper quality. There was only one or two rolls of paper towels. The grass in the backyard looks like it had not been cut in months and there is a wasp issue going on in the backyard. If you are allergic to wasps, this is definitely not the house for you. I felt with the amount of money that we spent renting this place for four days. It should’ve been a lot cleaner and maintained a little bit better with better quality products available for use. There was no coffee. There were no coffee filters. It was 80° when we got into the house and it took several hours for the house to cool down to 75. The owner advertises that the pool is heated, but it Really is not. From what I gather they heat the pool to 86 in the morning and then turn it off. The pool was a little cold for us to swim in the end of April. The water felt a lot cooler than 86.

Perfect layout for family stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Loved the layout of the house and the decor. The neighborhood is so quiet- this was awesome. The only thing we had an issue with was a lack of hot water in the master bath shower. The owner was very responsive I am sure the issue will be resolved.

Everything was GREAT!

The neighborhood was quiet with lots of places to walk. Location was convenient to a couple of golf courses, YMCA and an easy drive to spring training games. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as grocery stores. Hosts answered questions promptly and check-in/out was easy. Definitely recommend!!!

Very impressed!

We had such an enjoyable stay at Sandhill House. The house was clean and well equipped. We especially appreciated the games for the kids. The hosts were incredibly responsive. Our favourite place was the pool and backyard. Coming with small kids we loved the door alarms, allowed us to relax knowing the kids were safe. We will definitely be back!

Home away from Home

This property had everything we needed to have a relaxing wonderful stay! The house was perfect so much space! Dog friendly Scout and Balto had an amazing time! The pool was great and the weather was in the 80’s! The host was great very prompt getting back to me!! The neighborhood was awesome we had great walks every day. The backyard was awesome for our dogs to have some outdoor time!! Thank you for a great week!! Sad to leave!

Awesome home

My family & I had such an awesome stay at this home that we even extended it for an extra day! The home was super clean and conveniently very close to everything we wanted to enjoy in Tampa. Amazing

We had an amazing time at Sandhill while celebrating my sister's birthday in the Tampa area. The host were responsive. The property was immaculate. We love every moment, especially the evenings by the pool under the pergola. We definitely would recommend this property for any occasions for familes, friends, girlfriends that are traveling to the Tampa/Clearwater area

Warm and welcoming stay

Great house!

Great family house! We had 2 of our 3 adult sons, their wives, and our 5 year old grandson. The house was exactly as described, very clean, and well stocked. We went to Busch Gardens and it was nice not to stay right in the Tampa area. Brandon is a nice, pretty town. We hope to be back in the not too distant future!
