Everything was very nice and clean. A few suggestions: Washrag would be nice. Linens were fine, but there were no wash rags. The kitchen garbage can is broken and difficult to open. There was a RAT in the garage this morning when we opened the door.

Wonderful place

The home was perfect for our golf outing. Everything we needed was provided. Beds were comfortable. My only issue was with internet service and the $3 coffee maker but otherwise a great place.

The property was very clean and well supplied. The owner was prompt to answer any questions or reply to any additional supplies that were needed. The property was very comfortable, especially the beds. The unit was nicely decorated with updated kitchen and bathrooms. It had a homey and welcoming appeal. We enjoyed our stay.

Internet Goes Out

Nice place, recent build but on a loud street three blocks from the highway. Short walk to Ybor City attractions. Bring your own firestick and be prepared to run it from your phone's hotspot. Good communication and comfortable common space.

Perfect for what we needed

The house was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. Check in was easy and convenient. We had 6 adults staying in the house and we enjoyed having bedrooms and bathrooms for each couple. The host was great and very responsive.
