Hotel itself is nice. Breakfast is also nice. However, not much to do in the area. You have to take a train anywhere. Plus, I was disappointed with the restaurants. The dinner buffet pricey and was not great . Also, the steakhouse, even though I did not try was extremely expensive 130 dollars for steak.

I had a pleasant stay here with my family. The check-in and check-out was convenient, no overcharge or problem. The staff was very friendly and speak English. When we encounter leaky faucet, we told the cleaning staff, they fix it right away. Breakfast buffets were awesome, asian and western food. MRT was on the same block. We will stay here again.

the two young men at the concierge were extremely helpful! Around 20/5, they help to clear customs for a FedEx package send from HK, they helped made phone calls, print out form required, finally package was delivered. Also helped me with reporting to the health department @ the airport, on 22 & 23/5, after lots text messages & phone calls, accomplished, really appreciate their very helpful manner & attitude.

First it ran out of Body wash, then it ran out of conditioner; I have to call the house keeper to refill, Not sure why they didn’t refill while doing the house keeping. Also the door lock was couldln’t lock, we have to ask the maintenance to fix it.

Excellent hotel: convenient location, first-rate service, and plenty of dining options. Room was comfortable and clean with very good housekeeping staff. Hotel is right next to a metro station and walkable to the main train station. Hotel staff was professional, courteous, and efficient. The hotel has several excellent restaurants, and there are good dining and coffee options around the hotel as well.

The location of the hotel is good which is near to the MRT station. However, in general the hotel is pretty old and lack of maintenance. The condition of the executive room that I stayed is much lesser than I expected. Also the overall services are just mediocre.

overall a nice place but the room is a little small for a 3 people capacity. Hotel also didnt provide any hand/body lotion so its a little strange for a 5 star property. Our room also had a view of the back alley which was not too pleasant but I get what you paid for. The location was great as it is closed to several MRT stations.

Exterior From the external looking in, the eatablishment looks possibly understatedly grand. It is quite a massive building for a hotel. I enjoyed the quiet grandiose. Lobby Upon entry, the low ceiling hits you right away. You start to doubt the degree of luxury associated with the hotel. The low ceiling is stifling and there is little effort to spruce the space up for Christmas, for staying guests who may celebrate this major festival. Room We got a premier room for the bigger space required for our 10-nights stay. The low ceiling is still a bother. What for certain hits us much worse, is the musky smell which persisted throughout the stay. We had to air the room every time we return. Unsure if it actually got better from the airing, we got use to it or we had unknowingly resigned ourselves to the reality of things. What is shocking is how there is little effort to improve, given how there must be someone to can smell it and sense how it is offensive. The room has little to no elements of luxurious opulence, if you are seeking these for a 5-star stay. Sure the room is functional and we enjoyed the space a lot but truth be told, the Sheraton provides overwhelmingly little, in terms of in-your-face wow factors, for a 5-star Marriott establishment. Service Staff was courteous and reasonably obliging but you will not feel like a distinguished guest, that’s for sure. I have more but 1,500 char limit. Disappointed. I may be misguided but I expected more, much more.
