The staffs are very friendly. The hotel interior has a very warm feel just like home, and the room is bright. It's very near to Ximending and don donki (24hrs) and even I walked late at night, I still feel safe because most shops are still open. Alot eateries around. Very convenient. There is one level where people are able to sit around, chit chat, look at scenery, massage chair, microwave and hot water. I think it is a good place to stay.

There are lots of eateries around the area, shopping was quite accessible as it is just around ximending. The only downside was the air-con in the room which was quite noisy. But overall it was a comfortable stay. Just note there is no toiletries provided except shampoo and shower wash.

Perfect location, great staff!

This was an absolute perfect stay! The staff are so friendly and helpful, everything was so clean, and its in the absolute perfect location! Close to 7/11's, lots of food, and the MRT! Everything about this place was perfect, and next time I find myself in Taipei, I would love to stay here again!

A Gem in XMD. Good location and security.

Amazing location. Helpful staff. Room size is great. We can open 2 luggage’s fully with room to spare. Good security as elevators are operating by key cards only and only to your own floor. The best part is they have only a few rooms on each floor. My floor has 3 and we were not disturbed by our neighbours. The only downside is about the room door, very heavy and hard to push. It is difficult to push open by a child or a senior. Besides that, I am satisfied. Will definitely come again.
The public lounge on the 15th floor. Cozy and functional.
Washroom is quite big. Shower head is good with good water pressure .

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Ximending walking district. We stayed one night only. The room was on the small side but sufficient. I was disappointed to see the bathroom was not cleaned well and had leftover hair in various spots from the previous guest.

We came self drive. There’s a parking space next to hotel. Unfortunately, it cant accommodate our rented SUV due to height issue. We have already parked there, only the staff noticed it. They made an excuse we have to book early. They asked us to look at nearby parking area which we have no idea how the parking system works in Taiwan as we just landed. After discussion, the staff agreed to showed us nearby parking area. The parking fees cost us NT345 for 12 hours.
