HOUSE RULES
SECURITY DEPOSIT & RENTAL AGREEMENT: A Security Deposit of $500.00 is required and rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours to finalize your booking.
* NO SMOKING: Absolutely no smoking of anything on the property. There will be a $1,000/occurrence fine for violation. No illegal drugs of any kind are allowed on property.
* PET POLICY: We LOVE dogs and recognize their importance to our families. That being said, our property can only accommodate a max of one non-aggressive-breed dog for an extra $100/dog/stay fee to cover wear and tear. The pet fee does not cover damage done by the dog. Your dog must be well-behaved and are not allowed on furniture (a dog bed is provided for convenience). The dog must be crated if left home alone and must be leashed when outside. Please be courteous of other guests and pick up after your pet. No cats allowed. Pets are not allowed inside pool areas or on the tennis and pickleball courts.
* SECURITY CAMERAS: We have security cameras on the front exterior of the home. Covering cameras or tampering with them will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction without refund. There are no cameras or recording devices anywhere inside the home or in the backyard.
* QUIET HOURS: Per HOA rules, we are required to maintain quiet hours at the property. Please no loud music or voices after 10pm or before 8am.
* GARBAGE: When taking the garbage out, please make sure the bag is tightly secured and placed in the dumpsters provided in the community. The dumpsters are for disposal of household garbage only. The dumpsters are locked each night at 8:00 p.m. and unlocked each morning at 8:30 a.m. to deter bears. If the dumpsters are locked or full DO NOT LEAVE YOUR TRASH OUTSIDE THE DUMPSTER.
* SWIMMING POOL, SPA/ SAUNA & TENNIS COURTS:
The Community Swimming pools are open Memorial Day to Labor Day. The Family Pool is open between the hours of 10:00 AM and 9:00 PM daily and the Quiet Pool is open from 9 AM to 9 PM daily. NOTE: There are no lifeguards on duty at the community pools.
The Spa/ Sauna is open year round from 9 AM to 9 PM.
Pools and courts are locked. Access permitted to authorized key holders.
All signage must be obeyed.
Access is with HOA key hanging in the nook, please return after use. This is our ONLY copy, there will be a $500 fine if it is lost during your stay.
* CHILDREN: While the home is totally suitable for kids, it is not child proofed. Electrical outlets are not covered and sharp corners don’t have bumpers, etc.Please monitor your children of all ages at all times.
* WIFI: We have done our best to provide good quality/fast wifi but because of the location, we cannot guarantee connectivity or a certain speed. We recommend you use the time in our home to connect with the people you came with.
* VEHICLES & PARKING: No More Than Three (3) Total Vehicles (cars, trucks & motorcycles) Allowed Anywhere On-Site Overnight. Only two (2) vehicles are allowed in front of the property. The third vehicle must be parked at the overflow parking area. DO NOT PARK IN NEIGHBOR'S SPACES. All vehicles entering premises are subject to the speed limit of 10mph, proper use of stop signs, parking regulations & snow removal procedures is required. Community Map near entrance show location of overflow area.
* SNOW: BE PREPARED TO MOVE ALL VEHICLES WITH ANY AMOUNT OF SNOW ON THE GROUND. Plowing may occur on day of snow or the next. Move unattended vehicles to overflow lots during daytime hours. Do not leave a vehicle in front of your unit without someone inside with a key. For each violation when a car is left unattended in front of unit is an immediate $300 fine that you will be responsible for.
* TRAVELERS INSURANCE/ CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS: We strive for you to have a fantastic and memorable time but in the unlikely event that something outside of my control negatively affects your stay such as weather, natural disaster, personal injury, illness, trip interruptions or delays, death of a family member, etc please know refunds will not be given if not within the specified cancellation policy timeframe. I will make every effort to ensure your comfort as much as is reasonable for me to do in those circumstances. However, if you wish to receive compensation in these circumstances, please take out travelers’ insurance prior to coming.
