I was surprised for a higher end, hotel that they use extremely cheap toilet tissue, that they had no writing pad or pin in the room, but had a desk space, and that they didn’t have anything in the room to let guests know of nearby, restaurants, or possibly attractions that may interest them during their stay. The last thing that was a little surprising, again for a high-end hotel is that they don’t offer a continental breakfast.

The staff was great, and would get a 5. The area is terrible. The elevators weren't working, except for one, that was an issue. Someone had popped in garage, I could not get out of garage due to tight quarters, and someone was killed right outside of the hotel on one of the nights I was there. Not sure if anything could have been done, but I travel as a single female, it didn't feel safe.
