We paid for this stay and left. Terrible service, no elevator to get to the second floor with all your luggage. We booked a smoking room online by accident, we asked how we would know and they said by the code Q11, like we should know this. We are 65 years old, I had a broken foot and ankle along with torn ligaments and we were expected to go up two levels of stairs with all our stuff. Unfortunately, this was a non-cancel room. SO disappointing. We went to the Holiday Inn and were given amazing service and paid less.

For the dog the trip was good, she was happy with the accommodations she was allowed to share. For us humans, the breakfast, was a bit of a disappointment with runny and flavorless scrambled eggs and tasteless sausage being the main course for the day of our race

The front desk person was very helpful! We asked for a room on the main level (as our original one was on the 2nd floor and we had a lot to carrying and no elevator). She searched and came up with a beautiful room with even a separate living room.
