The staff was great. The lady that checked me in was very personable and accommodating. The room itself was tidy but the toilet didn't look like it was cleaned from the previous people. So I wasn't too happy about that. Under the rim was dirty. The beds were clean and comfortable.

Not very clean at all. Dog hair on spread over bed. The kleenex and toilet paper were beyond poor quality. Sink/tub drains and rubber stoppers needed a good cleaning or replacing . Would not recommend to anyone.

Staff was friendly, but front entrance and breakfast area smelled of stale smoke. Rooms were not cleaned well. Stains on curtains, walls, bedding and towels . Bed was comfortable, but hard to sleep with little insulation between walls you could hear tv, conversations, or people talking outside.

Breakfast was same everyday all through my stay and it was not interesting. Also the heater in my room was too old fashion and noisy that it cuts off at the middle of my sleep. The wash hand sink was soold and the water colored. The rug in my room needs replacement

We found a live cockroach in the bathroom. The staff was apologetic and moved us across the hall. In the morning we realized there was a dead cockroach on the ceiling above one of the beds. Other than that, it was ok.
