At check-in, I was greeted by a man that had clearly served time in prison with his tear tattoo and others around his head. The main lamp was flickering crazily like it was at a disco. I informed the desk in the morning that there was no Bible in the room and they gave several lame reasons as to why they don't put Bibles in the room. Essentially, they appeared to be run by muslims, but at least God-haters and I refuse to stay there again. What if someone checks into their hotel and is in a desperate situation and needs God's Word to save them. This hotel doesn't care.

No staff at the front desk or anywhere to be found!!! Could not get anyone to the front desk. Called out multiple times with no luck. Tried calling them on the phone and no one would answer the phone One guest was leaving and told us "good luck getting anyone to help!" This is unacceptable and I will not pay for the room. Not sure how they expect to charge for a room when no one was there to check you in or even answer the phone after attempting multiple times.

Monica at the front desk got us our room even though a 3rd party overbooked it. She went above & beyond to help us. Kudos to Monica. Upon entering our room, the floor had not been vacuumed & there was trash on the floor including an empty plastic water bottle. The door knob to the bathroom was very loose on both sides to the point of almost falling apart. The shower head was very sticky & had to wash my hands every time we used & adjusted it.

Terrible stay!

Terrible experience! I was charged 3x. Its a very long story to explain. They just love charging me. My daughter and I and our non shedding puppies only stayed 1 night but we got charged 3x. Pet deposit is supposed to be $20 per dog per night. I am just frustrated!
