Escape to a quieter community at the end of the day in this 3 bedroom, 3 bath spacious home with 9 foot ceilings nestled in an old established neighborhood. Relax on the 10 foot wide private porch overlooking live oaks. Enjoy the friendly sense of community as you stroll through historic district to step back in time. Summerville now boasts a rich culinary scene with great local restaurants. The home is well appointed with beautiful furniture throughout. There are large living areas to easily spread out. There are 2 TV's in the home. One in the sunroom and another in the master bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked and also includes a gas stove. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs and the 3rd bedroom with twin beds and bathroom is upstairs. The staircase is pretty tall as the ceilings are 13 feet. The primary bedroom has a four poster bed which is higher off the ground than regular beds, but there is a footstool available if needed. There is room for 2 cars in the back of the house and 1 in the front. Less than 5 minute walk to azalea park with tennis courts and pickleball courts nearby. Only one block away from Flowertown Festival Food and Rides. Owners live nearby so very available to help with anything you need.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 3 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Our four night stay could not have been more perfect! The house was spacious and lovely, being situated in the quaint, beautiful historic district. It was beautifully decorated and spotless, and the kitchen was equipped with more than enough cookware, dishes, glassware, and cutlery. Check-in was extremely easy and the host very responsive and helpful with all our inquiries! We were even able to rent a golf cart from them which was a hit with visiting nieces and nephews. Thank you for such a lovely home and we will definitely stay there again if visiting Summerville!

Beautiful home in an idyllic location

This lovely home was very comfortable and well-appointed! It worked perfectly for my family (myself, husband, 2 kids a toddler) and my sister. My only regret is not staying longer. Sipping coffee on that porch was perfect. The location is ideal - close by restaurants and a beautiful park, right in the middle of the historic district. We would love to stay here again next time we are in the area!

We visit Summerville every year and finally found a place that checks all the boxes. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked and clean. The house was furnished in the most charming way- southern charm. The location is perfect, close to everything while also tucked away in a quiet established historic neighborhood. Amazing Wedding Weekend

We stayed at this beautiful property while in town for a family weekend. The location was perfect! So many things within a walkable distance, including an incredible farmer’s market on Saturday morning. There are several very nice playgrounds close by as well.The house is clean and well appointed. Beds are comfortable. We would highly recommend the house, the location, and the host. She texted several times during our stay to be sure we had what we needed and to let us know she was available. Can’t ask for better care than that!

We loved this property. The home was beautiful, the furnishings, the location. On a quiet street in downtown Summerville with gorgeous trees. The porch was my favorite area perfect for relaxing. It is very close to downtown Summerville, a nice area to walk around. The house was stocked with everything you need if you want to cook. I would highly recommend this stay.

Incredible stay and experience

We were in Summerville for a wedding. The VERBO was easy to find and a charming place! It was cold out so we didn't enjoy the porch like we wanted to but it was a great place to stay! We were kept busy the whole time we were there!
