TV wouldn’t turn on when I arrived. Only one person at the front desk, she made me come down to get a new remote, which didn’t work, either, then down and back up yet again for another remote which didn’t work. The maintenance guy was not on the premises and she had no idea when he would return. Guests are asked to put all used towels and trash outside their door every morning at 10:00 a.m. (checkout isn’t until 11:00) and then come downstairs at 3:00 p.m. to pick up fresh towels! Rooms are cleaned only on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Staff was very nice as was the hotel. Liked that it had outdoor seating away from pool. Everywhere I went was nice and clean.

Everything about the property was excellent...super clean and the suite was spacious. But the staff horrible... when I went to check in I wasn't greeted the guy that assisted me was rude...horrible vibe from him it felt like he was doing me a favor and giving me free nights at the hotel. When ask if I was good to go he didn't reply and just gave me a "aloha" gesture. And then when I checked out it was the same she seemed bother and when she asked if I wanted my receipt and I said yes she that I booked it through a 3rd party to ask them for a receipt with a horrible attitude.
It was a convenient location to where I needed to go
The bed was extremely comfortable and the big walk in shower.
No inside pool,not close to anything,people were smoking marawana in the next room told manager and they dident do anything.

Nice location and friendly staff. Easy access to interstate. Don’t expect scenic views from your hotel room which is fine with me for the overall quality and price!
K the location is convenient to restaurants shops and various attractions in the Summerville area. it is a direct route on I 26 into Charleston.
