We enjoyed our stay for our anniversary. Room was very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful and the location was great. I will recommend this property. It is near very good restaurants and shopping. Very ideal area.

THE ROOM WAS DIRTY DOGHAIR ON THE FLOOR AND LITTERALLY SNOT AND DUST ON THE WALLS ! WE STAYED THERE 4 TIMES BEFORE ITS DECLINING !! THE HOTEL HAD LOUD RAP MUSIC PLAYING IN THE LOBBY AND BAR ,WE STAYED 5 DAYS ASKED 2X TO HAVE ROOM CLEANED IT NEVER WAS CLEANED IN 5 DAYS OF STAY ,VERY DISSAPOINTING STAFF AT DESK WAS COLD LOBBY RESTROOM DIRTY JUST NOT QUALITY OF HILTON ANYMORE ! THERE WAS NO COFFEE ONE MORNING AND A LINE AT COFFEEPOT WAITING FOR IT TO GET MADE 10 MINUTES JUST DISSAPOINTING !WE ALWAYS STAYED THERE BUT ITS GOING DOWNHILL

Room was to include buffet breakfast. No buffet was offered Christmas day or day after; however, we were told we could buy a breakfast from the kitchen. Website said absolutely no pets unless service animal. Because of this, we found accommodations for our two small dogs elsewhere, but when we arrived, we were startled to see that almost every person that checked in when we did had dogs of all sizes or cats. They were clearly not service animals. We understand it was Christmas but feel there should have been a comp or voucher for lack of services advertised. And it surely would have been easier for us traveling had we known we could bring our dogs.
