Property issues

Staff was very friendly, but there are issues at the property. There was an issue with the water in the building when we checked in - but we weren't informed - there was no water in the bathroom. Once fixed, our sink was inoperable - we changed rooms and were given $20 in food coupons. We were not aware until check in that the Bistro was not open on weekends and served limited breakfast.

What we didn't like was having no free coffee in the mornings. The Starbucks cost us $13/day for a large regular coffee. Also, we like a breakfast buffet included with our room fee. The next time, that would be a consideration.

5/5 Stars – Highly Recommend! I had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and the room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was perfect for a good night’s sleep, and the amenities provided were exactly what I needed. The location is excellent—close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. I also appreciated how quiet the hotel was at night, which made it easy to relax. Housekeeping did a great job each day, and the front desk was always available for anything I needed. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, this hotel offers great value and outstanding service. I’ll definitely be staying here again!
