The room was nice but dated with stained carpet. I could hear the person Nextdoor through the wall go to the bathroom. The safe did not work. There is only one working elevator. I was not impressed for the cost of the rooms.

Close to the station, many shopping near the area. Very close to the Christmas village. They have reusable glass bottle for water, that’s great and refilling station.

The staff was wonderful and accommodating. The room was clean and parking was available as well. The hotel was easy access and walking distance to the markets and train station. I would like to acknowledge the kindness and professionalism of the manager Michele Schaeffer. Expedia did not respond after emailing twice and trying to shorten my stay by one night. I emailed a week prior to our stay and the agreement was suppose to make changes up to 24hrs before our stay. Since I booked my stay through Expedia, the response was that they would get in touch with the hotel. I never heard from Expedia and the hotel stated no correspondence was made to them, regarding my request. I will not be using Expedia anymore which was always my go to. PS. The hotel honored my request and we stayed 3nights instead of 4.
