Great Location and Property

Had a great time staying here for skiing. Shuttle picks up right at the bottom of the driveway. House is clean and as advertised. Communication from property management was great as well.

Wonderful Family Ski Trip!

This was our first time in Steamboat and will not be our last. We enjoyed a wonderful stay in this condo. It is perfectly situated, easy drive into town and a short shuttle ride to the mountain. The shuttle is punctual and picks up right at the end of the driveway. We couldn’t have asked for more, this condo easily accommodated 4 adults and 6 kids, everyone had enough room and slept well. This was a perfect place to call home for a memorable ski trip, we will be back!

Wedding Celebration

We stayed at this property for my daughter wedding weekend. This place is comfortable, clean, and convenient walking distance. The kitchen is stocked with everything and more that you need for cooking, which I appreciated! Highly recommend

We had six adults in our group. The property was exactly as advertised and the communication from the property manager was excellent. Walking distance to the gondola. Highly recommend this home and aihks stay here again.

Great week of skiing and friends

We were a group of eight and the property layout and location was great for us. The ski shuttle picked us up and dropped us off right at the end of the driveway! So easy. The house itself was also perfect. There was plenty of room for all of us to stretch out and having two den (TV room) layouts was perfect for a large group. The main floor kitchen/great room was a hit for board games, dinners and movies. The surprise bonus was the miss pac-man game table in the downstairs den! We all loved the home and the hot-tub.

Sibling reunion

Our group was 7 sisters and 1 brother. The house was perfect! Enough bedrooms and bathrooms! Well stocked. Great location!! We loved the hot tub. And one afternoon we had a moose family right off the deck!!

Mostly Great--a few improvements needed

The property was perfectly located for a long weekend of skiing with Vacasa shuttles running past the driveway every 15mins or so. The property was well stocked and nicely cleaned for check in. Overall we had a wonderful stay and the management team was always very prompt with their replies. I gave 4-stars because there are some maintenance issues that we dealt with during our stay which should be addressed for future guests. 1) The powder room toilet kept running every time it was used so we had to keep the back lid off to manually seal the back tank 2) The garage door keypad did not work at all during our stay 3) The on demand hot water heater had to be restarted a number of times during our stay in order to get hot water and seemed to be very finicky 4) The biggest issue was that two people could not shower at the same time in different bathrooms or the water pressure would completely shut off for both showers until you restarted the hot water heater. In a house that fits up to 10ppl, only one person being able to shower at a time is not ideal. Besides these few items, we had a great stay!

Perfect accommodations and location for friends

Proximity to the lifts is pretty good. A short 5 minute walk or take the shuttle that picks you up at the driveway. Very clean and spacious. We had 10 people and never felt cramped.

Steamboat Wedding

There were 6 of us that stayed at this wonderful property. One of our buddies got married in the area, and this location proved to be well located. Checking in was very easy and didn’t require communication with the property manager(s). The accommodations were very clean and comfortable with ample space. The unit was well stocked and limited our purchases to mainly food items. We all had a great time and would absolutely come back again.

Great Space and Great Location

Went up for the 4th of July and this property was fantastic. House was clean, kitchen was well stocked with anything you may need, lots of open space to hang out, easy access to activities, and plenty of room. Had a blast staying there and would definitely come back.

Great house and location

The property was wonderful and in a great location. The house is spacious...plenty of room for the grandkids to play and not be underfoot. The layout was also great for our needs. The bedroom on the main level allowed my MIL a place to stay where she didn't have to walk steps and the multi-levels gave the rest of the family room to spread out. The property is very close to a walking trail that parallels a stream. Not only did the grandkids get to play a bit by the water, but the trail is a short walk to the ski village area. The management company was very helpful. There were a couple questions that came up during our stay and Cathy was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we get back to Steamboat.
