The Shenandoah Suite: Private Balcony, Walkable
The Shenandoah Suite is located on the second floor of the house and is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment that can accommodate up to 4 guests. Note: this is a multi-unit building, not a single family home. There are 4 other beautifully renovated Airbnb units here. Please keep in mind, we do not have full time staff on site. All guests will be asked to respect the space and be courteous of others by adhering to quiet hours from 10pm-7am.
LIVING ROOM: queen sleeper sofa, coffee table that lifts up to a dining table or desk, accent chair, dining space for 2
KITCHEN: stove, fridge, sink, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, electric kettle, french press, coffee maker (traditional drip), Keurig
DECK: private balcony deck located off of the kitchen with a bistro dining set for 2
BEDROOM: queen bed, nightstands with bedside lamps, dresser
BATHROOM: Single vanity, toilet, walk-in shower, toiletries provided (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion)
SHARED AMENITIES: EV charger, laundry room with washer and dryer

- For the safety,, the property has 2 Ring security cameras capturing live video and audio of the front door entrance and the back parking area.
- This suite is located on the second floor of the house and is only accessible by staircase.
- Each guest is provided with 1 parking pass that gives them access to park on the street. Note that parking directly in front of the house is not reserved and you may find that you need to park a few houses farther down. We also have a small parking lot behind the house with very limited spaces. Lost parking passes will result in a 50 USD fine.
- This is NOT a pet-friendly accommodation. Violations subject to fines.

Lovely stay in downtown Staunton
We enjoyed our weekend in Staunton, made possible by Staunton Stays’ beautiful space. Accommodations were thoughtfully maintained, and the only flaw during our weekend was a lumpy mattress in the Shenandoah Suite, but otherwise highly recommend.

They thought of everything
The apartment was a perfect weekend getaway. Less than a block from Blackfriars and the busy pedestrian street. Super clean space. Very nice furniture and balcony for coffee and hanging out. Great living room space. Nice extras: snacks, bottled water, coffee, tea. Very well stocked kitchen. Quiet, despite the train- which did not interrupt sleep at all. Will definitely return to THIS rental.
As a side note: we stayed in the adjacent apartment last year (same floor, slightly different layout) and we definitely preferred this one due to the decor and balcony. Both were lovely.
