This cheerful home is centrally located in Downtown Staunton and is just a 10 minute stroll to the iconic shops and dining located on East Beverley Street. With two queen bedrooms and a spacious backyard, this home is perfect for a small family, a couple, or even two couples.
Green on New boasts two floors of bright, airy space. Please note that both bedrooms are located on the second floor and require going up a flight of stairs:
FIRST FLOOR:
ENTRY WAY - Front door accessed with keypad, hall storage with hooks and selves.
LIVING ROOM - Couch, arm chair, ottoman, smart TV (please login to your own streaming accounts), coffee table that coverts to desk, pet blankets are provided for your pups to cuddle on the couch with you.
KITCHEN - Dining table with two chairs, fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances (fridge, electric oven and range, dishwasher, microwave), and Keurig coffee maker.
OFFICE SPACE - Stackable washer and dryer, desk, chair, and access to backyard/patio.
HALF BATH - Located off entry hallway.
SECOND FLOOR:
BEDROOM 1 - Queen bed, two nightstands with lamps, luggage rack, hangers in closet, and corner stool.
