Cozy 1 bedroom apartment attached 2 a cute beach house is renovated. U will enjoy the mid/south-island location close 2 many shops & restaurants. U can easily walk 2 Redfern Village & other entertainment. Bedroom has a king & living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Unit comes w/ new furnishings & business class wifi. Courtyard outside 4 great outdoor living. Unit includes usage to 2 bikes (Beach Cruisers) for additional fee. NO PETS ALLOWED. CONTACT ME for all listings.

Close to Redfern Village, short drive to beach and pier.

Has full size washer dryer in unit.

STAIRS: Please note that although there are not any stairs for most of this unit, there are 2 steps that lead into the bedroom. You can see the steps sticking out in one of the listing pictures.

By booking on this platform, you are agreeing to the cancellation policy in place. Additionally, please keep in mind that this cancellation policy is also maintained through all situations. For example, during Hurricane Season, it is important for guests to check if there is a large storm that would be approaching the United States and make a personal decision if it is best to keep the reservation or cancel the
reservation and schedule a different time. Your booking platform may offer vacation insurance which I believe can be purchased at the time of booking. My overall rating was 4 stars while I gave each individual item a 5 star rating. Why?I think "flagging" that there is a steep step up into the bedroom would be very helpful. Yes, it is shown in the picture. I am an "older" person who gets up during the night to use the restroom. Navigating the step at night made me feel uneasy. During the day I used the door frame to steady myself.At night, I slept on the couch. I didn't pull it out to make it a bed. It was quite comfortable and I wouldn't complain about that.I think older travelers might appreciate having the step pointed out in case there are "slight" mobility issues.Everything else was as shown/listed in the description. The location is easily accessible to all sorts of wonderful restaurants and shopping is right down the road.

First visit to St. Simons Island

On our way home from Florida we took a couple days to check out St. Simons, staying in this cute apartment. We loved the area and proximity to the lighthouse and pier, our favorite sights to see!The only thing I would want others to be aware of is the steps up to bedroom and small step into bathroom. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Accurate description of property

This is a lovely place to stay, but you must be aware that whomever is staying in the adjacent property will impact your stay. Ours was not good. Whoever was staying in the house attached to our room was loud, unruly, played music late, late, late into the night..and early morning. Luckily, we were there for 2 nights and spent all of our time in town.

Cottage Review

The cottage was good! The location is great—only around 10 minutes from the main SSI attractions—and the owner was extremely nice and accommodating! Upon arrival, the cottage was clean and as pictured. It is perfect for a vacation with one other person. We wished more towels were provided for extended stays, but otherwise, it was a great stay. Additionally, as the cottage is attached to the house, noisy neighbors can become a problem. I would stay here again!

What an amazing property. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The property was extremely clean and had everything I needed for my short stay. Will never stay there again

The pics were misleading! Was too far from the beach shops. The bed. Omg the bed was hard that we litetally took the mattress off the sofa bed, and put on top of the bed in the bedroom,hoping to make it better. But nope!!!! The rules as to getting make up on anything was a bit ridiculous. I seriously took our own towels, washcloths, pillows and blankets!!!!!!

Clean, great location

House was clean and everything was fine. It wasn’t the most homey or comfortable place, but the it served the purpose, was a good value for the price and was clean. Owner was great at communicating and the location was near everything with just a short drive.
