St Simons Island Townhouse Close to Beach and Village

Location, Location, Location!!! This townhome, in the Island Townhouses complex, is less than a mile to Coast Guard beach access and close to The Village area with shops and restaurants. Both bedrooms have a queen and a full bed and a TV. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, and utensils with a dining area with seating for six. All linens, towels and cookware are provided. - Please bring your own beach towels. The Housekeeping fee includes: paper towels, toilet tissue, facial tissue, dishwasher tablets, liquid dish soap, laundry packet, hand soap, and trash bags.

Please note there is not a washer/dryer within the condominium but there is a laundry facility on property.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a sofa bed, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
