With a totally new renovation in 2023, this unit is in updated, very clean and worry free condition. This cottage is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and a great place to relax. Cold air conditioning, fresh purified water, and fast internet. Plenty of free parking. Free laundry on common area screened porch. Sorry no pets allowed.
