Surf Song #227 - Terrific opportunity to enjoy poolside and beach views from this Studio Efficiency in popular Surf Song Resort. Updated condo is near all amenities and includes all new kitchen that is fully stocked with kitchen appliances and utensils for your convenience. The main living area contains a nice sized sofa, flat panel TV, and king sized bed. This is the perfect retreat for couples looking to relax, enjoy and take part in all that this area offers. As a SunHost guest, kitchen utensils, linens, extra pillows and sufficient towels are fully stocked upon arrival. Please note this unit does not have a phone. Free Wifi.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking unit.

Guests can walk outside and immediately be at the heated pool and BBQ facilities. Of course, the tranquil Madeira beaches are just a few steps away as well. Overall, it doesn't get much better than this. For entertainment and shopping, simply walk across the street to John's Pass Village a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. Had a great time here for our 4 day stay. Beach access is extremely easy to get to. pool area was wonderfully maintained. Condo itself was very clean and roomy. So close to shopping and many great restaurants. Definitely would recommend this place to stay and I plan on rebooking in the future for sure!

Condo right in the beach.

Conveniently located across from John’s Pass and right on the beach gulf side. Nice heated pool, outdoor grills and plenty of room for congregating. The studio condo is exactly what it is but plenty of room for the both of us.

Everything was good, would have been nice to have a few rugs, paper towels and some beach towels/chairs to use. The mattress could be upgraded, my back was sore all week. The freezer door pops open when you shut the fridge door.
