I am going to be completely honest the Staff in here were amazing. The beds are hard as a board, The druggies in here other guest absolutely ridiculous. No consideration for other guests. Dog poop everywhere. The pillows are soft but OMG SMALL AND ASKED FOR COUPLE MORE FROM CLEANING STAFF SORRY NO. HOTELS.COM I will begin by saying that we were not informed about $100 deposit it would have been good to know before we pulled up thanks.

Place was disgusting, first room smelled like smoke so we switched, second room was uncomfortable and smelly. We went down to the front desk to check out immediately. The manager states she’ll give us a refund, nobody can get ahold of them to do so. Worst experience ever.
