The day was nice. The area was nice and the property was clean. I was just unhappy about the unexpected charge when I got to the hotel because hotels.com clearly states all fees and taxes are included, and that was not the case.

Misleading upfront charges, and taxes

Everything about our stay was great except for the upfront charges that hotels.com told me about. Like all fees and charges were included in the price that I was charged but then when I got to the property, they said I had to pay an extra $75 For a damage deposit that was not stated in my upfront fees and taxes in the beginning so that was very misleading, and I am very unhappy about that.

I love the convenience of access to the beach, to the pier, and to all the boats ride. Let’s put it all together in this way! Everything you need, and you want is just a few steps from the front door. Room very clean. Staff very nice, and super friendly helpful. Good free parking garage. But there’s a few things not quite that good. The bathroom didn’t have the bathtub. Only standing Shower, and the water just trickled. The Wi-Fi is very poor connection.

They say they don’t have additional fees but then they came up with an Amenities fee for things like WiFi even if you don’t use it. An extra $43 per day per room. Absolutely criminal for a basic hotel to be allowed bait and switch like this.

This hotel is right next to the public beach. The rooftop bar has great views of the marina and beach. Save some money and book this hotel instead of a beachfront.

Love it!

The beds were amazing. So comfortable. We had one hiccups with our room key the first night but the staff was so friendly and accommodating and they quickly got the issue resolved with no further issues. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. 10th floor gulf view was perfect. Plus Jimmys Crows nest is amazing also.
