Great Family Getaway

Wow!! Words cannot express how wonderful our stay was for our entire family. The condo was spacious, welcoming, and inviting. The beds were comfortable and bedrooms were spacious. The balcony offered a breath taking view of the ocean and sunsets every night. There were plenty of household necessities available and the washer/dryer is always handy. There were chairs, cooler, and towels available. Thank you for the wonderful memories!

Great Kitchen!

Overall experience was great! The kitchen had more cooking supplies than I've ever had in a condo! It made eating in easy! The condo was nice and clean. The beach chairs and towels were great! Easiest checkin/out process I've ever had. I really appreciate it since we tend to fly out really early. Beth is very responsive and helpful! Thank you so much!!

The only issue we had was with the Trolley. They might as well throw the schedules in the trash, because it’s never there on time. We frequently had to call an Uber.

Amazing Stay

Beautiful condo, corner unit with spectacular view of beach and ocean. Enjoyed breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee and cocktails on balcony every day. Condo well equipped and close to restaurants, shops, grocery store's.Plenty of room for friends and family to stay and visit. Excellent communication with property manager.

Paradise in Indian Shores

Indian Shores

Traveling to Florida from Michigan for over 35 years, first time in Indian Shores. Condo was exactly like the pics and reviews, only better. Everything was well stocked, kitchen, bath, etc. Parking, and facility were great. The balcony time is priceless, as were the beach cabanas. Crabbys across the street got us just because its so easy to get there, waterfront etc. Perfect sunsets! Would love to come back. Only ding was the prior cleaning crew didnt mop the floor, notified our contact and am sure this has been corrected.

Beautiful location right on the beach with amazing sunset views. There were several good restaurants and shops within walking distance. The condo was also well outfitted for meal preparation. We really enjoyed watching the dolphins and manatees swim by the beach in the morning. Great place to spend a couple of weeks

Great property in perfect location

We had an amazing stay! The 3 bedroom unit was very well maintained and comfortable for our group of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids). Everyone had a great time at the beach and pool (and hot tub), and it’s a great location near restaurants, shopping, and low-key (relaxing) family fun! We loved the full kitchen and washer and dryer throughout the week too. There’s also plenty of guest parking if you have visitors for the day like we did! Indian Shores is our go-to anti-Disney World Florida vacation destination - it’s so easy to slow down, unwind and relax in the sun. Amazing sunsets every night too! This is a great property if you’re looking to put your cares away for a week!

Absolutely lovely

This was our first time to Indian Shores but it won’t be our last. This has all the perks of Clearwater but is a more quaint, family friendly location. Beth’s condo is well equipped and comfortably suited my family of 4 (kids age 2 & 3) plus my parents. Having beach chairs available to us was perfect and there were even some beach toys for the little ones! We will be back!

Indian Shores Beach Rental

We had an amazing time & enjoyed every inch of the condo & the property! The condo was fully stocked including beach items which were very helpful. We did purchase & leave extra wash clothes so we didn’t have to continuously wash towels but other than that, everything was wonderful!

We really enjoyed our stay here in Indian Shores, so much to see and do. The condo worked out well for us and you can't beat the view. The condo is pretty well stocked, somewhat updated and clean, The pool and hot tub are great. You can hear the waves from the room and it is a short walk from condo to the gulf. The property manager had great communication and kept us informed of some upkeep property matters that were going on during our stay. Others that used VBRO told us they were not told about certain maintainence issues by owners they rented from and they were not happy. Condo is on the 5th floor, the property has two elevators and while they are not speedy they did the job. We would reccomend this unit to others.

Amazing Condo

We very much enjoyed our time at 2501 Sand Castle II. The property was well maintained, updated and had all of the amenities we needed for a week-long stay. Would highly recommend staying here and if we venture back to the area I will be sure to seek out this rental again. Thank you for sharing your home!

Best place ever

We rented this place with very short notice because we had been advised of construction on pool at another condo. Communication was great. Place was very clean (and I am picky). View absolutely cannot be beat. Pool and hot tub area were also great and steps to the Ocean. This is a great place. Don’t think about it just rent it!!!!

There were 6 women traveling and it was unanimous (weird I know) but we all loved this condo! It was clean, well-stocked and convenient. Easy beach access and amazing pool. We would highly recommend this condo to everyone!

On the beach ... rooms are as shown.

Condo building is directly on the beach. Unit is on the fifth floor. One odd thing, the unit is actually overlooking the pool for the building next door (Sand Castle 1). The people in and around this pool were a much rowdier crowd. Great communication before, during and after our stay. The living room sofa and loveseat were updated prior to our arrival and looked nice and were very comfortable. This is an older complex, so the bathrooms are small ... the vanities in both the master and hall bath were single bowl with not much counter space. This is as advertised in the photo's. The flooring is updated and nice. The kitchen counter is updated with granite. The cookware was adequate for our purposes. We did grill on the community grills ... unfortunately there were no grill tools ... we made it work. The cleanliness of the condo was my biggest concern. Upon entering the unit, it did smell musty. This is not uncommon for accommodations in Florida. But not typically found in higher end properties. The washcloths, some towels and the kitchen washcloth and towels all smelled horribly. I bought Tide pods and Lysol Laundry Sanitzer and washed everything before I used. The floors were not clean as we found out after being barefoot the first day and our feet were black before we even got out of the unit. We had a 10 AM checkout. My husband started taking bags to the car around 9:30 AM. The cleaning crew asked to come to the unit immediately so they could get started. We indicated we had a 10 AM checkout and the other couple was still getting packed up. After my husband made a second trip to the car (which was not the final trip), they came up and into the unit before we were even out. I told them about the floors needing a good mopping. We finally got out of the unit about 9:55 AM. We had washed and dried all the beach towels. We had washed and dried all the dishes. The bed linens and washcloths and towels were all that needed cleaning. We were ready to pull out of the lot when we remembered to take the parking pass back to the unit. When my husband got back up to the unit, something was already in the dryer. They hadn't had time to even run a load through the washer. What could they be drying? ... And so we left wondering if that's why the washcloths and towels smelled so bad when we arrived. Overall, the condo isn't bad ... but for the price we paid, we expected better.
