Great front desk staff. Great location. Clean facility. Housekeeping was not as had been indicated. Checked in on Thursday. No garbage pickup or towel replacement until Monday. Bed linens were never changed.

Certainly, the room needs a more detailed cleaning, especially the baseboards, furniture, and corners. The bed linens seemed damp, and we had to put them in the dryer before using them. The kitchen is very well equipped, and we were six adults and one child, all comfortably accommodated. The staff was attentive and welcoming. The pool is beautiful, and the jacuzzi is wonderful. Parking is spacious, and the view from the room is absolutely stunning.

The view was incredible and the space of the Presedential Suite was nice. The interior quality was lacking, like the sliding bathroom not secure, and the worst of all was even one person could not take a totally hot quick shower and everyone else took a cold one. Not wonderful for the cost.
